Join us for the 28th Chelsea Road Rally

As in past years, the 2023 rally will start from the Chelsea Town Treatment Plant. Earlybirds will start lining up about 9am and the first car will start at 11am with the rest following at 2 minute intervals.

This is not your usual TSD (time-speed-distance) rally. This is an exercise in figuring out clues and following instructions. No experience in rallying is necessary and everyone is welcome! We guarantee that you will have fun on this adventure.
- Each car will receive a number on the windshield
- You choose your slogan or team name and we'll put it on your back window
- Each intersection you pass will have a clue (see samples at right)
- There will be four legs and each will have a checkpoint where your mileage will be checked (and you will get your clue sheet for the next leg)
- Your goal is to complete the rally with the least accumulated mileage
- Each leg will also have some bonus questions - things you should spot
- Your route will be 50-70 miles long and will take you about 5 hours
- Most of the route will be on back roads (dirt/gravel but suitable for all vehicles)
- $10 per person (under 12 free) - no restrictions on number of people in your car
- Free barbeque after the rally
- In 2023 the rally will again benefit the Roberts-Gould Athletic Field
